Exchanges and Returns
Use Nomads is committed to your satisfaction. If you chose your product on our website and upon receiving it, it was not as you expected or arrived with a defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return and refund in the following situations:
1. Product is defective: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
2. Dissatisfaction with the purchase: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
In these cases, the product will be analyzed according to the rules of the Consumer Defense Code, therefore:
We do not accept products with:
* excessive wear
* signs of damage caused by improper use
* signs of perforation by sharp or cutting objects
* repaired/glued
The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories received.
The response time for the analysis is up to 48 business hours after receiving the returned product.
If we receive an item that does not meet the conditions above, it will be returned to the customer's address, free of charge.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund?

Use Nomads covers the cost of returns. You will not be charged to return the item or to receive another product if you choose to exchange it.
After contacting us, we will provide a free return label for printing. Simply stick the label on the package and send it to the address below via the nearest post office:

As soon as our team receives the package, we will analyze it to confirm that it complies with the exchange or return conditions. After confirmation, you can choose between:
- Exchange: for any product available in our stock of the same value.
- Refund: Receive a full refund of the amount paid, including interest and shipping, when applicable.
How are refunds made?
Refunds for payments made by boleto and Pix are made via TED, according to the customer's preference. The transfer data must be provided in the refund/cancellation request.
In the case of credit cards, the amount will be returned as a credit on the invoice.
The refund period for Pix, boleto and credit card is up to 72 business hours.

2. I received the product damaged and want to exchange it.
If the product is damaged and meets the requirements, contact us to request an exchange.
3. Do I have to pay to make the exchange?
Use Nomads covers the return cost, so you will not have to pay to return the item or receive another product, if you choose to exchange it.
4. How long will it take to receive my new product?
After we receive your order, we will start the new delivery process, which takes between 5 and 15 business days. You will receive a new tracking code.
5. I missed the deadline for exchange or return. What should I do?
After 7 calendar days from receipt, exchanges or returns will not be available. We recommend checking the product upon receipt.
6. Can I exchange it for another product that I saw on the website?
Yes. Contact us and send us the link to the new product, informing us of the color and size. If there is a difference in price, we will make the necessary adjustments.
7. Can I change the address for the exchange?
Yes, but please inform us of this change when requesting the exchange so that we can update the delivery address.
