1. Shipping Method
We ship to all of Brazil via the Brazilian Post Office.

1.1 Free Shipping: All purchases over R$350.00 have free shipping. For purchases below this amount, a standard shipping fee of R$9.90 will be charged.

2. Order Tracking
After shipping, we guarantee to send a tracking code by email within 7 business days, so that the customer can track the progress of the delivery on the Brazilian Post Office website or in “My Account” on our website.

3. International Shipping Products
Products shipped directly from our distribution centers outside of Brazil have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 business days. A tracking code will be sent by email within 7 business days so that the customer can track the delivery.

Use Nomads ensures the delivery of the order. In case of loss or misplacement by the Brazilian delivery system (Correios), we will refund the full amount paid for the product.

If the merchandise is returned by the Post Office due to an incorrect address, non-existent street, absent recipient or unanswered postman, please contact us via contato@usenomads.com.br or WhatsApp (41) 998776311. For a new shipment, there are no additional costs.

Posting Deadline: The product is dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

4. General Conditions

4.1 Care with Addressing Orders
Use Nomads will arrange for the products to be sent to the address provided in the order. Therefore, we ask that you be careful when filling out the delivery address.

4.2 Recipient Absent
Make sure that there will be someone at the address to receive the products during delivery times. The Post Office makes three attempts. If there is no one to receive the package, it will be forwarded to the nearest branch. In case of return to sender, we will resend the package at no additional cost.

4.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for filling out the address correctly. In case of an incorrect address, the Post Office will return the package to the sender without making three delivery attempts. Contact us via contato@usenomads.com.br or WhatsApp to resend the package at no additional cost.

5. Delivery Insurance
Use Nomads guarantees that you will receive your order or your money back, assuming responsibility for the refund in case of loss or misplacement by the Brazilian delivery system (Post Office).
